I have requested a status of my order more thatn 10 times and each time I have gotten an e-mail back stating that it was a missed order on their part and they will send it out red. I can NEVER get through on the phone line and I still have not recieved my order after almost 3 months and they have charged my card right when I placed the order. read full review »
