I purchased an Lg Scoop phone about 5 months ago. This has been the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought as a phone. From day one it did not work properly. I thought it just needed to be used as it was a new phone glitch. Well as the phone use went on, it got crappier! The camera did not work. The phone would not stay charged. It freezes up constantly, it restarts itself over and over. I checked and the phone and battery were not wet so that eliminated that problem.
