There is a regional manager who is the most incompetent man who I have ever seen. His name is William Yiesley and he runs a few Hardees restaurants in Kentucky. That man is rude and has no sense of how to run his restaurants whatsoever. I thought customers were the ones who are important. We keep your business from shutting down.
