I purchased a portable CD stero w/radio from walmart. The device stopped working so I attempted to contact the Customer Service # on the bottom of the device (1-800-315-5885), only to discover that this # was to a Rewards Center! I am stuck with a device that does not work, have lost the money paid for this device, and I am unable to contact Customer Service to get a replacement or replacement parts!
