I purchased this printer along with the computer in July of 2007. I have used this printer exactly twice and it just stopped working. I was told by a customer service agent that because I was no longer under warrenty that He could not help me. I will never buy another HP product as this whole system has been nothing but a headache. They win the computer rip off company of the year. DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL JUNK AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT WHEN IT BREAKS! read full review »
