My daughter ordered proactive online through proactive.com. They continued to ship us boxes of proactive and bill me for it. I called them up and told them we did not order this. The customer service rep acted like I am some kind of idiot, because of course I did, because by ordering online, my daughter became a "member". I said that joining any kind of membership is not clear and you should be able to order a product with out becoming a member and this is targeted towards teenagers, who would not notice such a scheme.
