Approx., 3 mo. ago a loan company pulled credit report and noticed a charge of $379.00. That bal., was applied to a new account with them, and was paid off. Now I have to get a letter to the loan company from Aspire stating that the old acct., was closed and bal., charged to a different account number and that account was paid in full. I've talked to customer service and they've told me they could help me but all I keep receiving is a notice of the newer account being paid off.
