I have no real idea where to start. Today my home was sold at auction without any notice to me. Last fall, we were behind in our mortgage payment, and in order to save the home, we entered into a forbearance agreement and paid double our mortgage payment for a few months. In January our mortgage was sold to another company, American Home Mortgage Servicing. We received a letter from them telling us our first payment was due in March.
