Had National Floors Direct install carpet in two rooms, hallway and a set of stairs in two different occasions.On the first carpet install I was told the installers would arrive between 11am and 6pm..My opposition to anyone coming to perform work that may take hours at 6pm was met with "this is how we schedule" at which time I told them it's not acceptable and low and behold the installers showed up at 7pm!which meant they would be here until midnight.Never happen, told them to go home and called the office first thing next... read full review »
