I did not order anything, yet I had a bank withdrawal from this company. Both numbers on the statement were not working numbers. I went online and found a number which i called and spoke with a Wilson. ID#69283. He assured me that they would send a form to my e-mail within 24 hours and a refund to my account. When that did not happen I called back I spoke with Paula ID#43024. She said that I would have to go to a website and fill out a form to mail in. The website she gave me is not an active site.
