My first problem is that I have been paying all interest each month, 0 principal. And I know the loan was not set up that way. My letters regarding this were ignored. Once I researched the Truth in Lending Act I studied my loan more carefully. The amount that they claimed to have paid my old mortgage company during this refinance seemed high. I called the old company and they sent me a letter indicating the amount they actually received, $2306 less than the amount shown on my paperwork!
