Refrigerator down third time in 9 months. called Sears. They say they won't replace and will send out tech. Same problem each time. 1-800-4my-home repair phone does not work 6 times before getting through. Then talk to som asshole from India. Then technician who wanted to wait another day. Escalated problem to some asshole who took info and then poroceeded to conveniently drop my call. No way to get back to same person but they had my number. But they did not call me back.
