I purchased a used vechile from the dealership with the a Guardian Warranty. Three days after I purchased the vechile it wouldn't start. I learned the battery was shot and I had it replaced. Several weeks after the repairs I learned that the Guardian Warranty refused to cover the repairs and so did Leopardi Automotive. I was sold a used car with a shot battery and also a insufficient warranty under false pretenses.
