Never, ever, ever order from Ugg Boutique. I placed and order, heard nothing for days, no answer on the customer service number (which is obviously just someone's voice mail) so finally I emailed. They told me my order had shipped and would arrive in 4 days. Four days later it would be 2 days (after I emailed again). Two days later it would be 7 days... you get the picture.
