Capital One is so out of control they are truly becoming comic! First they called at 9:53pm (a major no-no), then they call like every 30 minutes and fail to leave voice mail messages. I email them after every call they make and they fail to respond to any of my attempts to contact them. I have filed a complaint with the FTC against them (I somehow doubt that I am alone here). Interested to know if there is anything that I/we can do to harass them like they harass us! read full review »
