US Bank stopped allowing customers to view their accounts on the US Bank website. Instead, they've created SinglePoint Essentials, a buggy, clunky, unnecessarily complicated system. Every time I want to look up a statement, I get lost. I'm a computer savvy 24-year-old, and I've never been able to find what I want with this system without calling the customer service department (whose reps range from very helpful and nice, to terse and easily fed up).
