- called and recieved package, could not get the system working with my cable based system, spent 2 hours on hold waiting for a tech (using my cell phone) Tech could not get the system to work, stated "I guess your one of the people we can not service." Vonage would not refund my money, would not pay for return shipping of the equipment, and continued to charge my account monthly, directly against my phone calls asking and demanding they stop until I filed a schedule G with my Bank for fraud. I'm out $250.00 bucks, they refuse to refund my money. read full review »
