I just recieved a registered letter in the mail yesturday. DRI is telling me I owe over $900 for fees and either to pay or sign over my timeshare to them. I purchase this timeshare around 4 years ago. Since then, I have never been able to use it because they have told me that I have to make my reservations 13 months in advance. My maintenence fees have gone up from $200 the first year to $400 the next, then now $900.
