I received a post card in the mail saying try this weight loss program free for 30 days, cancel at any time. After receiving a proposed menu I knew I could not follow, I cancelled the same afternoon via email. I never received a response so I cancelled the credit card I had listed. Weeks later I received a letter in the mail saying my credit card was denied and I had a past due notice. I followed up with a letter stating I had cancelled my free 30 day membership already.
