Have been charged on my credit card for a free trial I never received - order no. 100521013 on 7/3/09. They also send you further orders automatically if you don't unsubscribe but there is nowhere on their site that allows you to unsubscribe. Also none of the telephone numbers work internationally and there is no link to what they call their LiveHelp service for online communication.
