This company is unreasonable. I simply want to move my tv to the bedroom from the living room and they want to charge me $50. I can't cancel because of their termination fee for a contract thatI don't remember signing (presented as an ok of service) and that was never explained to me. This seems illigal!! Why would a company need to force customers to stay with them if they were giving good service with a good product? Be sure to ask yourself that before you call them!!!
