I placed an order online with this company March 10th, 2009. Because I spent over $50 I qualified for free shipping, but paid $9.25 for an upgrade to recieve my product faster. I waited, and waited. Finally I decided to call on the status of the order, since I never had even recieved an email stating my package had been shipped. I called repeatedly, only to get a voicemail box.
