They took over our gmac mortage in december and never notified us. they told us to cancel a check sent to gmac and then when gmac sent them the check they treied cashing it. they told us not to make a payment for jan but then have been hounding us several times a day for the late payment and even sent someone to our house without notifying us with a certified letter. read full review »
