I ordered a Sony digital photo frame from this company and paid immediately by Paypal. When I checked my order status there was no sign of it on their site. I contacted them by email and they apologised and said that the item would be despatched immediately. Some 3 weeks and several emails later there is no response from the company. I have, fortunately, received a refund through Paypal but was unaware of this until I tried to complain to Paypal, as Idigitech did not pass any information to me at all. This company seems to have no regard for its customers and I would advise that it be avoided. read full review »
