Avant Garde LLC made an unauthorized debit to my card in the amount of $4.99. Unfortunately, I happened to be in the red already due to an unexpected expense to fix my car. Therefore, I also had a $20 overlimit fee that my bank deducted. I called the bank to cancel my card, which they did, but they said in order to get my money back I had to file a police case and fill out some forms.
