I put my grandson on my family plan and got him a phone, the next month on my bill i get a 9.99 charge on his phone for ringtones. He is only sixteen years old and by law this should not happen. I would like this to stop NOW!!! and a total refund for all charges that this scam company has charged me. I have tried several different times to stop this even went to my centennial provider to have them stop this. They gave me this scam company web site and i sent them an e-mail got it back unable to forward could not find address. We have text back to tell them to stop this at the number71769 no response. Any body else have any ideas how to stop this? read full review »
