I purchased a fisheye lens for my grandson for his canon camcorder. When the lens arrived it was the wrong one. My grandson had talked to a sales rep. at Demon to find out which one he should use. It was the wrong one. Since Feb 25 my daughter, my grandson and myself have tried to contact them thru the phone and email. They have not responded to any of our inquiries.
