I have been trying to find the correct dept for ins claims, The collection dept keeps calling me, I faxed them the info they need to fill out in order for the ins to pay them, they will not do it, I even supplied a fax number for them. I can't get any where with them, this has been going on since the middle of jan. They continue to call and harrass me for the payment when all they have to do if fax the info to the ins co. and they will be paid, no one either has the number for the ins dept. or won't give it up. when you call and number they gave me it refers you back to their generic number. read full review »
