I have tried several times to cancel this product without success. Can you please do so immediately. I received an email today stating that I have contacted the wrong company so have given all the details I have in case there are several companies selling this product from the same premises. I think it would be prudent in future if you intend to carry on selling this product via the internet that you have an email address/website where cancellations can be made from countries other that the USA.
