On July 24, 2008 I shipped a package from Great Falls, MT to Sacramento, CA with a promised delivery date of 7/27/08. Instead of my package going to Sacramento it ended up in Newark, NJ. FedEx did finally get my package to the right coast and promised an immediate refund of my shipping charges. It is now 8 months later and I'm still waiting for my refund! I have made numerous phone calls, mailed and faxed copies of my shipping documents, receipts, etc., and they still have not sent me a refund check. I thought 6 to 8 weeks to wait for a refund was a little bit too long to wait, but 8 months? Come on FedEx SEND ME MY REFUND!! read full review »
