We have been charged for about 4 months now of a 1.00 every month to include two months of 29.95 prior of which we called and cancelled. The operator said the account was cancelled. There was nothing said of 1.00 being charged every month thereafter. I have called the phone number 7 times trying to put an end to all the charges. There is not one real person to talk to--only push this number for that and this.
