direct tv installed hd dvr took six weeks to finally fix problem.which turns out was the reciever.Then i decided to cancel it because of the inconsistnsy there service people kept providing me.hey are a horrible company to deal with, and on top told me t would cost about 400.00 dollars for me to cancel the service.people be very wary about this company its run like the madoff scam.they will tell you what you want to hear and when its all said and done sell you some other story. read full review »
