I was terminated from a Kindercare center after reporting an incident that I felt totally inappropriate for 22 month olds to be engaging in. The day after I filled out the incident report and reported it to my superiors I was accused of saying inappropriate things to the mother of the child (by the mother). There were no witnesses...or so they say.
