I have been a CareCredit customer for several years. I have never been late with a payment. In fact, I have always paid more than the minimum amount due. I also have always paid my promotional amounts before the expieration date. My complaint is that I was given a late fee of $29 for a payment that was one day late. My payment was the balance on the account. Since I had paid off the balance on the statement, I do not feel that I should have been charged a late fee.
