I had septorhinoplasty on Nov 20 2008. She was just supposed to straighten septum and slightly soften tip but instead she aggressively over shortened my nose, retracted my columella (excessively removed cartilage and mucous membrane) and moved my nostrils which was never discussed nor had I ever consented to. 4 months later my septum is still deviated and my nose resembles a pig snout with a ball for a tip.
