i paid for my visa moneycard and put 20 dollars on to it and then activated the card then tryed to use it ande it said that i have 2 cents on the card and that there was no transactions on it either so what i want to kow is wheres my money if i never used it and iwould like a refund on that as well thank you very much shannon dailey read full review »
