have never received this item, & am unable to reach them by e-mail!! i guess i just wait & tell my credit card that this wasa fraud?? i did receive a letter saying that the product would be later than expected, but it was a no-reply letter. it was a scam in some survey as well. i guess i learn my lessons the hard way!! read full review »
