Unfortunately I was victimized as well. I did receive the product from the initial 'order', which was supposed to be free with the exception of shipping. However, I was charged an additional $39.95 a month later when I did not make a second 'order'. I called the company only to receive a recording stating the wait time was 55 mins and 35 seconds.
