I can't use the card which The Low Pay, Inc. sent to me and though it's already activated, to pay for something I bought at the store. I think it a normal credid card but it was'nt. Now I want to return the card, I don't want to use it. Please don't charge me any fee. I'm a low-income employee. Thank You. read full review »
