I contacted Sprint in regards to a past due bill amount of $776 with them and I couldn't pay it right at that moment. So I was transferred to this "other dept" that would allow me to break the payments into three. I made the arrangements with that "dept" and thought that was the end of it. When the third payment was taken out of my account all under Sprint in my bank account I waited three days and the service was still not restored.
