I bought the house one year ago. It is set up for cable or satelight. At first cable was normal. Then they dropped two of the channels promisiing to give us replacements. As to date nothing. They tried the digital thing. So now the sound is messed up. I can only listen to mono not sterio. And at times mono isn't that great. In the mean time my promotional price ended so I went from 44 to 66 dollars a month. I have to admit the servcie techs ar every nice and prompt. They can't do anything because it is at the head end where proplems are. Unless I go to satilite Charter has a monopoly on this. read full review »
