Was given $500 in free gas certificate for purchasing a used vehicle in August, 2008. Registered and had to pay a $5.00 registration fee to be returned in the form of a gas gift card in my final redemption month. I was to get $25.00 gift card each month beginning November, 2008, after submitting $100 in gas receipts from a gas station of my choice along with the voucher supplied by them.
