I wish I had found this complaint site first! I would NEVER have tried the "free" trial products. The link I clicked on said I would be charge $14 s&h for a free trial. They actually signed me up for a monthly membership for 69.99 per month. I called and was told I was informed about the membership and trial period. I WAS NOT. They CAN NOT and WILL NOT help you in anyway. I called several times from different phone and each time they say I am breaking up and they can not hear me and hang up. The only way out of this is to contact your bank and get a new account... Sad very sad. I will never make this mistake again... read full review »
