Saw an ad for cd disk for 1.98 on information on getting grants for many different reasons. Signed up to get the cd - one week later was charged 69.99 for a subscription to their website access. I never confirmed to subscribe to their service - thought I was just getting a cd to check out. Called their office and was told that it was too late to get my money back because it was over 7 days.
