I recently received a bill for $62.00 from the Illinois Tollway in northern Illinois. I got the bill in the mail in the beginning of March 2009 and the fines on the bill where from Thanksgiving of 2008 and Jan.10 of 09. The Thanksgiving day fines where for two separate issues totaling 40.00, the other incident on Jan.10th was for 22.00.
