With many problems to date with AES, the most recent concerns having my loan changed to a graduated payment plan. I was told I did not have to make a payment in the month of Dec. In January, I got a delinquent payment notice, again I was told that I did NOT owe the payment. I was apologized to and informed that the error was on their part but all had been taken care of.
