I placed an order for a free trial with $1.99 shipping charge. They sent other items I didn't order. I was told to send them back. I did but never got a credit. I noticed this month that I have a second charge for the item but I did not order additional product. Bottom line - the $1.99 product has now cost me $39.95 the first month and now $44.90 the second month. How can they continue to charge for product they have not sold me.
