I never received my free trial offer, after spending 2 hours on the phone, about 8 calls all together, I was disconnected 5 time, left 2 phone messages, and then retrieved my email from placing the order. Replied to them regarding my order. no -one called me back. I did receive an email stating what day the order went out and that they would extend my trial for 2 more weeks. I never got to speak to a person so that when I get the order I can send it back with the RMA number, and I have read several of the other complaints. I called my Credit Card Company and placed a flag on my account. natural source wont be getting any more of my money. read full review »
