The technical service provided byDirect Tv is unreal. We have been dealing with an unresolved issue with them for 6mos. to a year now with no resolution. The last draw was today after speaking to 5 techs and then a supervisor on Saturday 3/28/09. The supervisor told us that he had ordered a service call for 3/30/09 and someone would come between 12-4 he would waive the fee since we have been loyal customers and that all we needed to do was call monday to find out the estimated arrival time.
