Thank you for this website, I thought I was all alone in this continued nightmare with Chase Bank. My card was issued through WaMu, and I didn't have problems with them at all. My statement we timely, customer service was a joy. And then there is Chase. I have never been put through so much grief, and they are generating it, themselves!! I'm currently on hold, waiting for a supervisor after the customer service ditz told me they can not correct my bill.
